I cannot express how much I enjoy living in this apartment. It is effortless, drama-free and the staff are THE BEST. Makes ... it feel like a home away from home. The atmosphere, amenities, gym, and rooms are the best you can find. But what truly sets apart Windsor from other apartments is the management (Val), Front Staff (Dani and Kiara) and The Maintenance Crew (Jorge, Maciel, Richard, Ailenez). Every single one of them are amazing human beings who go above and beyond for their residents and that's impossible to find down here (I have looked). I love living here! The staff to include Val, Dani, and Kiera are extremely nice and very helpful. In the short time I have ... lived here they have responded to my issues very swiftly and courteously. The maintenance staff is friendly and so is the housekeeper I have seen. When I wake up to go to work the pool are and grounds are neat and orderly. The site maintenance issues are taken care of quickly and the residents are informed about the progress and completion.
